If Its Meant To Be, It Will Be

I already think of it like a hundred times untill I think my head is full. Well, from all the failure that I experienced, from all the tears and from all the trial, one thing that I could take is 'whatever it is, whenever it is, if its meant to be it will be'

I found out myself being so depresed like for a week and that word strenghten me. Then, i realize there are so many things that I should be grateful about. Also, from that moment I could take an inclusion, when something go, there are another thing will come. Allah will never let us alone, Allah will never let us sad. 

As a human being, we have our own scenario that already scripted. Everybody different. We can't force ourself to be like somebody. Each person has a role and each person is a main character in their own life. Don't blame yourself if you already try and its end up fail because at the end of time all we can do is try and try and try again and let Allah do the rest. 

Pengalaman Seleksi XL Future Leaders Batch 8, Tears and Joy

So, u guys who read this maybe wondering what is XL Future Leaders? Well, let me tell you, XLFL is a scholarship program for college student in all around Indonesia, no matter what is ur major or what University u in, u have the chance to join this but make sure that u still in 3rd-5th Semester. In this scholarship u will get an amazing oppurtunity to meet 149 selected participants in all around Indonesia and sadly I'm not one of them :) But I'm proud enough that I made it till the last test that is interview. So, for you who want to know the detail about the test, here are some information that maybe will help you.

1. Administration test

Well, you have to fill the form in their website and there are some questions about how well u know about yourself, how good ur leadership skill, and some basic data about your biography. In this phase, there are around 17000 participants that pass this.

2. Online Test (english+GMAT)

In this phase you should have ability to answer the english test because they want to know how good ur english skill. This test consist of some questions just like national exam in multiple choice. There is also GMAT test which is the test that will challenge ur leadership and critical thingking. After all, all I know from this test is u need to think that u are the leader and how good you can manage ur employee. As you can see just around 1000 who lucky to take this oppurtunity, and I'm lucky enough :')

3. Case Study and FGD

Well, because I'm from Central Kalimantan and sadly not on their list to do it offline so I take it online. So its called Virtual Case Study. We have 45minutes to solve the problem that they give. The Case is all about IT and employee management. Because I take online test, i didnt have oppurtuniy to do FGD, but this is the point plus of take it online. And Alhamdulillah I can made it till the presentation and interview.

4. Presentation and Interview (The Last Test)

Well, I'm so proud to myself that i can made this untill this far eventough i didnt made it to be 150 selected participants, but I'm okay because this is my first time to join such a big scholarship program like this and the best part about this I  have new friends that deserve to be 150 awardee, proud of them. Well, in this test, they give u one random topic and u should present in just in 2 minutes, u can check the elearn to learn about how to deliver a good presentation. After that, because I take online so i have oppurtunity to take interview without selection. If u take offline, u have to wait the announcement who will be the lucky one to take the interview. And I'm lucky enough that I take this online so I could made it till the interview and I already know the interviewee before. And all I can tell you is, just be yourself, they want to know everything about you, what action that you really do that show ur  leadership skill in ur reallife.

This is definetely the longest selection that I have to join in mylife. The first announcement is on July and its end up on October 4th. So sad because of 3 from Kalimantan Selatan that join this, I'm the only one who didnt make it. At the first time I knew that I didnt make it, I really sad maybe way lil bit depresed because I'm too overconfident that I would make it. But I knew there are a lot of oppurtunities out there waiting for me.
